Your order is valid for 14 days from the ‘Order Processed’ date, which is the date you received your confirmation letter.
While you have ample time to send your phone to us, we recommend doing it as soon as possible. This minimizes the chance of your order expiring and ensures you receive your payment sooner!
Order Discrepancies and Corrections
If you realize that you’ve made an error regarding the model or condition of your device, please reach out to our customer support team. We will be happy to assist you in correcting your order.
Upon receipt of your phone(s), if we identify any discrepancies in the model, condition, or quantity, we will update your order and send you a revised offer via email. You will have 14 days to either accept this offer or request the return of the revised devices at no cost.
If you require any images or an inspection report during this process, these can be provided upon request. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Regrettably, we are unable to return Memory or SIM cards. To ensure efficient processing, all handsets are automatically stripped of any Memory or SIM cards upon arrival. Therefore, recovery of these cards is not possible.
If you forget to include the delivery note when sending your handset(s), it’s not a problem as long as you provided the IMEI or serial number(s) in your order. Our system can locate your order using these identifiers.
However, please be aware that omitting the delivery note may lead to delays in processing your order.
