How Do I Change My Password?

To change your password, log into the ‘My Account’ area of our website. Select the ‘Change Password’ option and enter your new password.

How Do I Change My Username?

Unfortunately, once an account has been created, it is not possible to change your username.

I’ve Forgotten My Username. How Can I Retrieve It?

Your username is typically your email address unless you have changed it. If you’re still having trouble finding your username, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

I’ve Forgotten My Password. How Can I Retrieve It?

For security reasons, your password is encrypted and can only be seen by you. To reset your password, select the ‘Lost your password?’ option on the login screen. A new password will be emailed to you.
