Once you’ve placed your online sell order, it’s important to package your device securely. Use bubble wrap and ensure the box is sealed tightly to protect it during transit. The condition of your device upon arrival is vital, so prioritize safety over appearance—it doesn’t need to look pretty; it just needs to be safe!

Do I Pay for Postage When Sending My Device?

We recommend using Next Day 1pm delivery for sending your device. You will need to cover the postage cost upfront, which will be added to your final payment. Please include your order number, name, and device inside the package so we can identify and contact you easily.

Do I Need to Send the Charger or Accessories?

No, you don’t need to send the charger or any accessories. We only require the handset with its battery.

Do I Need to Send the SIM Card with My Device?

No, you only need to send the handset and battery. Please ensure that your SIM card is removed before sending. We are not liable for any charges incurred if a phone is sent with its SIM card. You will remain responsible for any such charges.

Do I Send the Memory Card with My Device?

No, you only need to send the handset and battery; the memory card does not need to be included.

How Should I Package My Phone or Device When Posting It?

Please insert the battery into your phone or device and ensure it is switched off. Pack the device in a sturdy box. Do not include accessories or the original box, as we cannot return them. Make sure the device is secured to prevent movement or accidental activation during transit. Finally, place the box and delivery note into our postal bag and seal it securely.

I Sent My phone; Has It Arrived?

You will receive an email confirmation on the day your phone arrives. If you choose to use local DPD drop-off shops, please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. We recommend using a safe and secure shipping service.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 15 working days, it may be lost in transit. In that case, we will notify you, and you will need to contact the shipping service you used to resolve the issue.

I Sent My device, But My Order Is About to Expire?

Don’t worry! As long as you posted your phone(s) on time, we won’t penalize you for any delays.
