General questions

What Happens to My device?

Most of the phones we receive are sent for reuse in markets such as China, Africa, and other parts of South Asia. This process helps enhance and expand communication services in these developing economies, contributing to improved connectivity and access.

Do I Pay for Postage When Sending My Device?

We recommend using Next Day 1 PM delivery for sending your device. You will need to cover the postage cost upfront, which we will add to your final price.

Please ensure you include your order number, name, and device itself inside the package to facilitate communication.

What Must I Include with My Handset?

To keep things simple, we only need the handset along with its battery.

What If My Phone Is Blocked?

If your phone is blocked, it likely has been reported as lost or stolen. We do not purchase blocked handsets. If you are the rightful owner, we recommend contacting your service provider to have the phone unblocked.

What If My Phone Is Network Locked?

We accept network-locked handsets and will pay the full value for them.

Do You Accept Fake/Counterfeit Phones?

We do not accept counterfeit phones, which are increasingly prevalent in the UK market. These handsets may resemble genuine products but are illegally produced and can be dangerous to use.

Do You Accept Stolen Phones?

We do not accept stolen phones and take this matter seriously. All received phones are checked against CheckMEND, a crime protection database, to ensure they are not barred or registered as stolen.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If we do not proceed with the purchase of your device, we will return it to the address you provided. The customer will be responsible for a postage fee of £8, which includes 1 PM Next Day Special Delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days. The device will be dispatched only after we have received payment for this fee, and the customer must sign for the parcel upon delivery.
