Yes, as long as you’re confident that the device functions properly otherwise. We’ll attempt to charge devices using chargers and wireless chargers once they arrive.

What Should I Include with My Device?

We aim to keep things straightforward, but some devices require additional items to provide the quoted value. Here’s what you need to include:

Do I Need to Include the Charger or Accessories?

Certain peripheral items must be included as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Other accessories are not necessary to receive the quoted value and cannot be returned if included with your device.

Does My Device's Color Affect the Price?

To keep things simple, we offer the same price regardless of your device’s color.

Do I Receive a Higher Price for a New Device?

Our pricing for “Excellent/Mint” condition includes rates for new devices.

What If My Device Is Blocked?

If your device is blocked, it may have been reported lost or stolen. We do not purchase blocked devices. If you are the rightful owner, we recommend contacting your service provider to have it unblocked.

What If My Device Is Network Locked?

We accept network-locked devices.
